Terry Blackmer is the founder and lead instructor of Blackmer Training & Solutions. With a career rooted in the fire service and a formal background in business, Terry bridges the gap between technical tactical proficiency and professional leadership.

Currently serving as an instructor for Delta College, Terry specializes in high-impact training areas including:

Modern Fire Dynamics & Reading Smoke
Command & Control Strategies
NFPA-Certified Officer & Instructor Development

In addition to first responder training, Terry is a certified American Red Cross instructor and provides critical Active Assailant Preparedness for educators, places of worship, and employers.
